Matchmaking
Onboarding: The onboarding process begins concurrently with a background check conducted by a third party organization, a fifty (50) minute personal interview with our Matchmaker to better get to know you and your dating intentions better, and the creation of your in-house dating profile.
Date selection review - we meet virtually with you to discuss potential connections and review photos. You decide which connection you would like to date and we move forward with setting up your date.
In-person date - after a group consensus has been made, we will provide the details for your date. All you have to do is show up ready to meet your date and have a great time. We'll take care of the rest, planning the first date, coordinating a good time to meet between the two of you and organizing the behind the scenes of your first date such as reservation times, date experience, food delivery services or ride shares.
Virtual date - after a group consensus has been made, we will provide the details for your virtual date. All you have to do is show up ready to meet your date and have a great time.
We also offer a Virtual Date + option where we will organize the behind the scenes for your first virtual date such as food delivery services, etc. for you and your date.
After date feedback - after your first date, we will reach out to you and your date separately to gain feedback as to how the date went. This will help us to understand how to proceed with setting up dates for future connections and to offer you any positive free date coaching that may be beneficial for future offline as well as virtual dating. The free date coaching will be offered throughout your entire dating experience with us here at Fern Connections.
Lifetime Database Membership

Date selection review - once a member has expressed interest in you, we will meet virtually with you to discuss potential connections and review photos. You decide which member you would like to date and we will move forward with setting up your virtual or offline date.
First date - after a group consensus has been made, we will provide the details for your date. All you have to do is show up ready to meet your date and have a great time. We'll take care of the rest, planning the first date, coordinating a good time to meet between the two of you and organizing the behind the scenes of your first date such as reservation times, date experience, food delivery services or ride shares.
After date feedback - after your first date, we will reach out to you and your date separately to gain feedback as to how the date went. This will help us to understand how to proceed with setting up dates for any future connections.
Single Search
The Single Searches are a way for us to put out a call to action letting people know that we are looking for specific individuals, as it relates to the various clients that we have and who they are interested in dating; it is not a package nor membership option that you would purchase.
All interested parties must purchase at minimum a Lifetime Database Membership with Fern Connections, to be considered. Following the purchase of a Membership or Package, individuals will go through the same on-boarding process as listed above for other clients--including a background check, a personal interview and the creation of an in-house dating profile. Similar to the client you might be going on a date with, you will both be shown each other’s in-house dating profiles to further help you decide if you would like to move forward with an introduction. Regardless of the service you purchased, all parties have an equal right to decline a date with another individual.
